Lorelei Hamm grew up in Albany, New York. She studied design and metalsmithing at SUNY Plattsburgh and the University of Copenhagen, Denmark. A long-time resident of New York City, Lorelei has taught metalsmithing at Parsons School of Design, the 92nd Street Y, and the Metal Kitchen. Earlier in her career she was co-owner of the Hamm-Brickman Gallery. She also designed and manufactured furniture, and table and desktop accessories for many years. Lorelei's work has been included in many gallery exhibitions and purchased for private collections during her life-long career in design.
