Order Processing

All items are hand-made to order by individual artists. After placing your order, we will contact you within 24 hours to inform you of the status of your order and an estimated shipping date. In-stock items will ship the next business day while out-of-stock items will ship in 2-3 weeks. If you would like to know in advance which items are in-stock, please contact customer service.

Items are available for shipping to the continental U.S.

• UPS 2nd Day Air: $30 up to $1000
• UPS Overnight: $60

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within twenty-four hours. To do so, please contact customer care.

Repair Policies

We guarantee repairs on all jewelry purchased from Angelo. Charges will vary and will be assessed upon receipt of each item.

We are happy to check out your jewelry repair needs for jewelry items purchased elsewhere as well. We will need to assess each piece to determine our ability to assist you. Please stop by or contact us for assistance.

Laser welding and inlaid stones are our specialties.

Jewelry Care

We offer free cleaning in the store.

Come by and pick up your free polishing cloth with each free cleaning.

We recommend that all pieces be checked by our jeweler on occasion.
